I thought we were Lisa’s biggest fans, but reading these reviews I see it’s a large fan club! There’s a reason for that. Lisa helped my husband and I buy a property in Center Harbor in 2020 after looking at a number of properties on both Lake Winnipesaukee and Squam Lake. She is very knowledgeable of the area, the real estate market, appropriate price levels and bidding strategies and the selling/buying process itself. She’s incredibly responsive and keeps things moving when they need to move quickly, especially in a hot market! She’ll be open and honest when asked her opinion, and she’ll support you and advocate for you 100% of the way once you’ve decided to move ahead. She helped us find the right inspectors, lawyers, everyone we needed to complete our purchase and all her recommendations were top notch. We can’t say enough good things about her!

Lisa found us a house directly on lake Winnipesaukee when we thought we could never get directly on the lake with our price range. Lisa really championed for us with the sellers agent and made sure we had proper inspections, such as a septic inspection with camera’s that identified problems that we were able to negotiate this cost with the sellers. I would highly recommend Lisa.
